What's the catch?
Honest answer: there isn't one for you. We fund the build because we take 50% of the profits (after costs) if it works. If it doesn't work, we've lost our investment and you've lost $0. That's the entire business model — we only win when you win.
Do I own the app?
You own your brand, your name, your likeness, and your audience — forever. We own the platform and software we build, which is exactly why it costs you $0. The full details live in the agreement, in plain language, before you sign anything.
How do I get paid?
50% of the profits, after costs — paid monthly, with a clear statement showing revenue, costs, and your share. Costs mean the real ones: payment processing, hosting, and tools. If the platform earns nothing, we earn nothing — that's the deal.
What if I want out?
Founding coaches get a clean, straightforward exit path — spelled out in plain language in the agreement before you sign. No hostage situations, ever.
What if nobody buys?
Then we've lost our investment and you've lost $0. That's what "we only win when you win" actually means — we carry the risk, not you.
Do I need a big audience?
No. We bet on coaches, not follower counts. A small, loyal audience that trusts you beats a big cold one every time.
How long until launch?
Your concept preview lands days after your sample brief. From there, our team expedites your custom build — design, development, research, all of it — so full launch is measured in weeks, not months.
What do you need from me?
Your workouts, your brand assets, your voice. The Quick Start takes about 10 minutes — everything else, we handle.
I don’t have time for this.
You need 10 minutes for the brief and about an hour for feedback rounds. We do the other 99% — that’s the whole point.
Do I set the price?
Yes — it’s your program, your price. We’ll share what we’ve seen work across challenges, but the final call is always yours.
Who handles customer support and refunds?
We do — the tech, the payments, the “I can’t log in” messages. You handle the coaching, the part only you can do. Refund policy is set together before launch, and we process them.
Do I approve everything before launch?
Every screen. You get a concept preview first, then revision rounds — we don’t launch anything you don’t love.
